The perfect how-to guide for a quiet luxury wedding that screams fun
In a world dominated by bold colors and flashy styles, DCL Weddings & Events chose to create an oasis of calm and elegance, timeless beauty and delicate design. This styled shoot was illuminated by soft tones of nude, white, and silver. The planning team consciously avoided vibrant accents and instead opted for natural, light colors that filled the space with a soothing glow. From New Year's to Valentine's Day, the details captured on camera by Photominagraphy are the perfect addition for any wedding day looking to add a little extra sparkle. Keep scrolling to see how these impeccable design details came together!
A stylish blend of flirty textures
The foundation of the bride's style was a fun and flirty combination of pearls, satin, and sequins. To complement these multiple textures, the bride wore a timeless satin two-piece dress by Hochzeitswerkstatt. Her bouquet, courtesy of Blumen Schepper, returned to the concept of multiple textures by incorporating large florals, leaves, and feathery pieces.
How to use disco balls in your ceremony set-up
The disco balls subtly integrated into the setup added a touch of playfulness to the wedding ceremony arch without taking center stage. They reflected the incoming light, casting a subtle shimmer across the white floral arrangements that helped the couple stand out against the whimsical backdrop.
Yes, font matters a lot!
DCL Weddings & Events's goal was to blend classic elegance with modern elements, which began with being particular about font choice on all of the custom signage courtesy of Sign Here. Contemporary fonts and details infused the entire look with a cool and modern vibe. The clean lines and minimalist designs, combined with the natural pink color, contributed to this contemporary and elegant aesthetic.

Reception design that screams quiet luxury
Shades of neutrals mingled against a white backdrop for a reception design at Cafe Del Sol Düsseldorf that called to mind a high-end luxury party vibe. Disco balls repurposed from the ceremony added that extra bit of sparkle again, and textures were in full play. The florals focused on large blooms, varied textures, and feathery elements seen prior in the bride's bouquet. Even the place-settings were an additional textured detail, incorporating patterned glass, smooth ceramics, and the tiniest disco ball accessory attached to the place cards.
Epic dessert table towers that start the party
For this shoot, the designers carried the disco ball party vibe all the way through to the dessert tables. For one tower, Tortenatelier Schwanbeck created a coupe tower filled with sparkly mini disco balls, cake pops, and macarons. Silver wrapped cupcakes sat on light pink pedestals next to a similarly silver and neutral three-tier wedding cake lit up by a custom "Oh yes!" mini neon sign.
