9. Follow these RSVP tips
1. Make it easy for guests to let you know if they can attend. Give them an online option as well as a traditional response card.
2. You're going to want to give the cater an accurate head count. In order to do this, request that all RSVP cards arrive two weeks prior to your event.
3. Make one person in charge of collecting the response cards, and be sure to use their address on the self addressed return RSVP envelope.
4. Be sure to place a stamp on the response envelope. Guests are more inclined to drop it in the mail if they don't have to hunt for a stamp.
