We recently took a road trip from Nashville to Chattanooga and chose to stay the Moxy Chattanooga Downtown. We chose Moxy Chattanooga Downtown because it was a super cute, totally walkable to downtown and super reasonably priced. I'm never not thinking about weddings, and I do mean never, so of course my wedding spidey senses were going off the moment we pulled up. Speaking of Nashville, here's a local's guide to the perfect Nashville bachelorette weekend and one of the best dining experiences in Nashville.
We pulled up to this impossibly cute hotel with a modern industrial feel and could tell it had a great vibe. We walked in expecting to see a check-in desk, but were pleasantly surprised to a check in at the bar. Once checked in, we were given two drinks chips to grab a beer or their signature cocktail right away or anytime during the stay. The lobby was buzzing with people of all age groups clustered in seating vignettes playing games or just hanging out and talking. Moxy has multiple spots to sit, play, visit, work and relax.
We headed up to
our room to be met with more cuteness. What they lack in size, since it's technically en efficiency hotel, they made up for in character and a nod to minimalism (which is totally my love language). Now I basically want everything to hang on the wall and want pegs in every room of my house.
Moxy Chattanooga Downtown prides itself on catering to guests of all ages and we could really feel that on Friday night when we were hanging out at the bar. There was such broad representation of ages and people in general, it was really welcoming and comfortable.
If you're considering a wedding in the Chattanooga area, the Moxy might be your spot. If you're looking for a space that reasonably priced, gives you tons of flexibility on what you want to do in the space and huge bonus that there really is something for everyone and could be the perfect setting for your wedding - you're going to want Moxy Chattanooga Downtown on your radar.
