Founded and curated by the ladies of Baci Designer, Handpicked | A Different Kind of Bridal Event is a styled shoot meets wedding reception masquerading as a bridal show. Each year this fab event takes place in a unique location with a totally new inspiration, with a purpose of gathering coastal wedding trends and the best local boutique bridal vendors.The Baci Designer staff prides itself on their out-of-the-box event design and styling for each Handpicked Event. They create the layout and overall look and feel of the event, putting all their efforts into making every last detail of the day special.The 2014 Handpicked was hosted at the historic Hines Hill in Peninsula, Ohio. With it's original stonework, open grassy field and swoon-worthy barn, the venue offered the perfect setting for the summertime event.Each of the selected vendors were provided with the inspiration to complete their part of the day and the result is a visually stunning good time.
Each guest of Handpicked was greeted with a custom designed Field Guide outlining the event's activities which ranged from Gown Fittings in Something White's Dressing Room to Bridal Makeup Demonstrations with MKleinman Artistry.Two guest tables and a beautiful head table were the main attraction in the large tented reception area. Gorgeous florals by Blush Custom Weddings and event lighting by Something New Entertainment truly brought Baci Designer's Floral Garden Meets Rustic Elegance vision come to life!
There was no shortage of food with delicious desserts provided by Bittersweet's Chocolate and Pastry, a mini donut bar by Peace, Love & Little Donuts and amazing appetizers from Totally Cooked Catering.
Capturing the beauty and essence of Handpicked were some of Baci's favorite photographers - Lauren Gabrielle Photography, Tiffany Luc Photography and Studio Elle Photography, who even shot on film for part of the day.
