When we met Hannah and Rostam we knew that they were truly in love by the way they were gazing into each other’s eyes. They traveled from the US to celebrate their nuptials in the dreamiest destination wedding in the Athenian Riviera. A wedding by the sea was really important to them as they both adore summer and Greece and spent lots of their summers wandering around the greek islands.

Their day was filled in classic wedding glamour with elegant details and a tear-filled ceremony by the sea. Hannah wanted a sweet and romantic wedding day that she and Rostam would dream throughout the years. Hannah’s wedding dress, a true bombshell type, made her look fabulous! It was figure flattering and lacy, perfect for a summer wedding by the sea, with beautiful beading and applique lace. Rostam chose a dapper sky blue suit and a bow tie! Together they looked as if they stepped out of the Golden Globes red carpet!

The Details

The atmosphere had to be just perfect, the colors soft and delicate, and each detail aiming to elegance above all. Hanna and Rostam said their “I dos" under a beautiful wedding arch with coral peonies, roses, and summer grass. Our favorite part was the heartwarming vows they said to each other and the picture-perfect “I do” kiss.

Tears and confetti later the most glorious wedding dinner and festivities were in order! Dare we say that they’re wedding candy bar looked perfect? The floral cupcakes and the cake pops are our favorites!

For the dinner party, GK Events designed a cozy yet sophisticated dinner area with perfect muted shades and ceramic plates. We loved the contemporary wedding favor made out of Plexiglas and the succulents on the table for that rustic summery touch. After dinner, all the guests danced under the stars clicking their champagne glasses all night long!

The sea in the background, the warm-toned rocks, the soft sand contributed to the most beautiful wedding portraits! We wanted to bring the sea breeze into our photographs and give them the summery atmosphere we were enjoying in real life.

Hannah had the warmest smile for Rostam and he could barely take his eyes away from her. These small details that indicate how in love our couples are what we love capturing. Wedding photography gets timeless, moments are preserved forever.
