Monthly Coordination Package
Starting at just $895, this package includes one coordinator for up to 12 hours the wedding weekend, as well as complimentary prep, planning tools, and advice from their bride-loved Planning Concierge team. Leading up to your wedding day, your gthr coordinator will reach out to vendors, co-create a detailed wedding day timeline with you, and even attend the rehearsal. When the big day finally arrives, their mission is to make sure you’re able to be fully present. Whether it’s meeting the first vendor in the morning, providing light decor support, or acting as your vendor liaison, they’re your fully dedicated personal wedding day assistant. Gthr also offers add-ons like additional coordinators or extended hours, so you can customize your coordination package to meet your event’s exact needs.
Hourly Coordination Package
With packages starting at just $170 hourly wedding coordination and planning are now a luxury that every couple can afford. Even if you’ve diy’d it all up until this point, let a professional take the reins on your big day so you can actually be present and enjoy all of your hard work.
