I've taken all of the years of breaking myself down to realize that loving myself is one of the most important things I could ever do. That I have to love myself in order to love anyone else. I know this isn't the traditional wedding shoot. But, it's important. I started dreaming up this shoot right before the holidays.

I connected with Zach And Rosalie Marion via a 2021 client & fell in love with their amazing personalities & work. THEIR WORK IS PHENOMENAL. I loved their vibe automatically. After running the idea past them, I reached out to a new STL venue The Dogwood In The Grove to see if we could use their amazing space. They have this huge grand staircase that I could see covered in balloons & I just had to do it. A few days later, I had an email from Inflate Llc HTX asking to collaborate for another event & I'm convinced it was fate!

From the beginning, I already knew who I wanted the model to be. I worked with her at a summer camp & saw her bloom into a beautiful butterfly. I was really nervous about asking her because I knew my vision couldn't truly come alive without her. Once she said yes, I made an experience out of it. We went dress shopping at The Bridal Parlour to pick out her perfect dress & we had a local calligrapher, Minerva's Mark re-write the vows that she wrote to herself. After that, it seemed like all of the vendors fell into place. I told all of the vendors the same thing: "I want everything to be bright & vibrant to match Olli's personality but romantic & intimate. This is for her from her." From her vibrant pink hair + bold lip from Hannah Rudin to all of the sweet affirmation treats from Spoil Me Sweetly . Everything was fit for a queen.
