Sometimes, for no particular reason, thing or two go wrong. If that happens don’t focus on the negative. Focus only on the positive. On our wedding day we were woken by the sound of heavy rain which would have been a disaster for us as we had planned to have garden reception. But I didn’t really focus on that and didn’t get distracted by that. And may be by this “focusing on the positive” side of things I attracted better weather. The rain had stopped and as we walked down the aisle the sun came out and we had beautiful sunshine which lasted for the rest of the day.
This wedding was in large part DIY and we can't believe the mad skills this bride has!! Not only did she design and create her own dress and all of her bridesmaid dresses but she also created all of the stationery with her hubby. Love it!

Look for different ideas and inspirations anywhere you are. Ask your family and friends for their ideas and what they are able to do and make. Look for something original that would describe you and your personality. Looking around and shopping around can have the benefit of getting things cheaper. On the other hand don’t look for bargains on things that are really important to you. At the same time it doesn’t mean you have to blow your budget on that.
