On a beautiful fall evening, Alyson and Micah decided to tie the knot high up in the mountains of Tennessee. This wedding was filled with unique and creative details that brought the beauty of it into one cohesive design. Make sure to take a good look at the bride's gorgeous dress, designed by Sara Seven.
The elegant coordination of this wedding was a product of Soiree. To see more, view the full gallery here, all magnificently captured by Blue Vinyl Creative.
This quaint old chapel in the Tennessee mountains was a beautiful location for the ceremony. One idea that we thought was super cute was the use of lavender stems to hold together the programs instead of using ribbon. It's quick and easy and it adds a personal touch to bring everything together.
It is usual to see limousines, carriages and vintage cars used as wedding transportation, but this enchanting couple went for something a little bit different, a double decker bus! The transportation from the mountain on the Chattanooga Double Decker Bus to The Barn at High Point Farms became a memorable voyage for the bridal party. It was a great segway to a night full of drinking, dining and dancing.
The sincerity of this wedding is found in the attention to detail. The bride and groom made all of the table decorations. Most of the pots were made out of concrete and they grew most of the herbs that were planted in them. Along with the mother of the bride, the table decorations and flower arrangements were all handmade and the groom even made the butcher blocks on each of the tables at the reception.
We love the way that the tasty treats were organized, from the simply elegant cake- to the darling sweet & salty bar- to the ever-so-creative bathtub used to chill the beverages. Simple and unique additions such as these are the backbone of beautiful weddings and the memories that follow after.
