Meg and Stephen invited their closest family and friends to escape the winter chill and join them in the Bahamas for their wedding. The festivities took place on Harbour Island where the couple exchanged vows at St. John's Anglican Church then celebrated on the beach at Runaway Hill Inn late into the night.
With the help of event designer Susan Graham Signature Events, Meg and Stephen enjoyed the relaxed yet elegant beach wedding they had been dreaming of. As always, you can view more of this wintertime Caribbean destination wedding in the full gallery here, all captured by The Studio B Photography.
From The Studio B Photography:Meg and Stephen were married at historic St. Johns Anglican Church and then had their reception alongside the ocean at the lovely Runaway Hill Inn.
Harbour Island is like a secret paradise tucked away in clear blue waters of the Caribbean. Once you arrive on Harbour Island, golf carts are the main form of transportation and you instantly fall in love with island living.
Susan Graham Signature Events did an amazing job styling and planning the wedding and the result was a beautiful barefoot beach party. Though the overall feel of the wedding was relaxed, there were several elegant touches like lounge seating by the fire and a gorgeous tent.
From the Bride On What She Would Have Done Differently:I have really put a lot of thought into this question as I have had a lot of friends get married and ask me what I would have done differently so they don't make the same mistake. I have never been able to figure out a response to this question, because this is why we chose a destination wedding in the first place. Anything goes! The setting was beautiful, the weather was perfect, and the music was fun, so everything else fell into place and everyone just let go and had a ton of fun!
