Lara and Anthony’s Shabby Chic Winery Wedding

Happy bride and groom pose by vineyard

Lara and Anthony have been together for almost 10 years and have been planning their perfect wedding for almost two years. They went all out and viewed their wedding as one big creative project that they wanted to share with their friends and family.
With some serious shabby chic wedding décor set on the backdrop of the beautiful Clos La Chance Winery in San Martin, California, Lara and Anthony's winery wedding was amazingly gorgeous. You can see the entire gallery here, all beautifully captured by Carlie Statsky.

Clos La Chance Winery looks like such a magical place to get married. A true winery experience—imagine a walk down the aisle, outdoors (June-October) on a lush green lawn, complete with spectacular views. One hundred acres of growing vineyards and golden hillsides dotted with majestic green oak trees provide a stunning backdrop for ceremonies of all faiths.
Their cocktail hour was held in the festive Mulberry Grove with guests mingling within an arm’s reach of the vines. Dinner and Clos La Chance Winery hand-crafted wines were served on the Terrace, surrounded by views and beautiful gardens. They concluded the evening with dancing in the elegant Grand Salon with family and friends.

In addition to all the small details, the flowers really helped set the tone for the wedding. We worked with Nicole Ha Designs who truly understood our vision for our big day. We bounced ideas off of her throughout the whole process and she gave us a ton of advice and suggestions.

Each centerpiece included various antique and thrift shop items that were collected throughout our engagement. Anytime my friends or I saw something like teapots, teacups, vintage books, or old mason jars, we purchased it for the wedding. My pride and joy was the vintage book that I spent hours folding the pages of to make into a heart shape. My friend, Vanessa Callanta, hand drew all of the table numbers and calligraphy throughout the wedding. Each table number sign had a different image that corresponded with their table “theme” (birds, teapots, etc.).
