Weddings are a tradition. No matter how unique your day is when you peel back the layers the heart of any wedding day is centered around an age-old tradition. So why not embrace that tradition at its simplest. This lovely gold and white inspired day took place on the grounds of Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton New York. This gorgeously lush garden featured in so many of Kylie Mones' photos also becomes a beautiful design element throughout the rest of the shoot that Amelia Mae Events created.

Event Planner’s Allie and Julie from Amelia Mae Events crafted an intimate ceremony installation with just the right touch of greenery (Italian Ruscus, eucalyptus parvifolia, myrtle, and ferns). Set against the Jean-Georges dining room’s fireplace at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, NY, this venue was perfect for a ceremony with only a few special guests.
The tablescape was set with gold-rimmed glassware and wreathed with baby fine greens. The table was positioned to show off the venues great wrap around porch overlooking the grounds. The fine details were inspired by Topping Rose owners Simon Critchell and Bill Campbell’s original vision, a blend of modern, natural and old-world luxury.
Each table setting had its own buttercream cakelet adorned with a white chocolate “wax” seal and a sprig of green, set on top of glass cake stands. The tabletop was decorated with a brass modern candelabra as the centerpiece, and a mix of glass and gold candlesticks, with a pale ivory silk that ran across the table.
The bride wore a stunning Rebecca Schoneveld handcrafted gown, the invitation suite, as well as all the paper, was done by Whimsy B. Paperie.
