Julie & Michael's wedding was whimsical and modern with a fairy-tale charm. It was a perfect Miami winter day, with not a cloud in sight. They were so excited to welcome their friends and family to South Florida as a shelter from the wintery storms in Boston and New York. The Biltmore was the ideal venue to capture their guest's hearts with a beautifully lit fountain that illuminated the precise moment of their first kiss as husband and wife. Julie is an event planner in New York City, so the details she put into this big day, did not go unnoticed. With signs reflecting the invitation's slogan "Time to Drink Champagne & Dance on The Tables" it really set the tone for a fabulous party to be had by all. Each place card was a mini bottle of champagne which doubled as a party favor. There was confetti to be thrown, black and white straws to sip from and a playful gold and white polka dot dance floor. The couple's dog, Olive, walked down the aisle wearing a dress that matched the Kippot (traditional to wear in a Jewish ceremony). In leu of a wedding cake, their desserts were passed on the dance floor so guests could continue to dance while they feasted on banana split bites as well as mini pop-tarts on a stick.
