This vintage yellow and grey wedding is as beautiful as it is adorable. With romantic and elegant details that were all gathered by the bride from several family and friends homes.
You are sure to fall for this frugal wedding day as much as we did. You can see every last detail captured by Marissa Kay Photography by visiting the full gallery here.
From the Bride: I had a lot of family friends help me with ideas for how I wanted each space to be decorated. One friend explained that sometimes if you need to find more decorations all you need to do is look around your house or friends' houses and pick out items that could work. So we did! Many of our decorations were brought from different houses.
The biggest DIY project was probably the pallet backdrop that we had made for behind our sweetheart table. I had originally wanted shutters, but a family friend suggested using pallets in the same way. So we were able to get some from a family member and my dad put it altogether. It turned out even better than I imagined!
What was really great about all the planning for our wedding was that so many family and friends were willing to help us make it all happen. None of it could have been done without them! We are so thankful and blessed. It was a day we will always cherish.
