If you’re planning a tropical destination wedding/vacation, please add us to the guest list! Kelly & Daniel wanted to share the beauty of Cabo with their friends and family, so they planned a memorable experience that allowed their guests to stay and play leading up to their big day.
The bride rocked her dreamy Hayley Paige gown, which was perfect for their chic poolside reception at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Read more from the bride below, and catch a closer look at the entire wedding in the full gallery captured by Pink Palm Photography.
The bride, Kelly, is a wedding planner herself, so when it came to planning her own special day, she knew she wanted to go somewhere where she could relax on the day of and just enjoy time with family and friends. Destination weddings are the perfect opportunity for the 2 sides to come together and celebrate the new couple, that's exactly what they wanted. They decided on Cabo San Lucas, Mexico because not only is it a gorgeous destination, it was the first place Dan traveled with Kelly and her family. They loved it so much they wanted the opportunity to share its beauty with all their friends and family.
Most guests came for 4-5 days, which allowed a lot of time for guests to meet each other, hang by the pool, and of course, dance and drink! Before the Wedding, all guests were invited to a bonfire on the beach 2 nights before, and a rehearsal dinner the night before. At the bonfire, they set Chinese Wish lanterns, sending wishes for the new couple. The rehearsal dinner included a surprise the Bride had hid from everyone, which was a fire dancer show in the middle of dinner. Guests continued to dance the night away - and didn't stop until the morning after the Wedding.
Everything took place at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Their planning team executed all the details, however it was all planned and designed by Kelly Elizabeth Events. Many decor items were packed into suitcases and made its way to Mexico with the couple.
