These two love to travel, so for their big day, they wanted to take their friends and family on the adventure of a lifetime. From their custom airline departure-themed escort display to the international-themed tables, Cose Bella Events helped them weave the travel theme subtly throughout the wedding design. We are also in LOVE with how they incorporated the colors of the pride flag into their celebration! A Rainbow Bayfront Wedding in Miami with Chinoiserie Details
Two Grooms Planned the Perfect “Pop of Rainbow” Oceanfront Wedding
From vibrant rainbow smoke fireworks to personalized military challenge coins, this wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. This was truly a spectacular event with an enchanting guest experience. Florals were crafted to embody the essence of Newport in the Fall, blending nautical themes with the rich, vibrant pride colors. Wren Floral Design Co. drew inspiration from the custom watercolor artwork and stationery created by Champagne and Ink. The venue was decorated with nautical flags throughout the grounds using the nautical alphabet which spelled out, “Cliff and Trevor”.
Guests were given extravagant welcome packages including the custom crest that reflected Trevor’s affinity for the “green man", a bee (because they met on Bumble), and Cliff’s favorite poppy flowers reflecting his appreciation for our veterans. Every guest received a personalized bottle of wine, favorite snacks of the couple, JKP Umbrellas, personalized cookies, and a complimentary outdoor movie night with cider and blankets, and an extraordinary full-moon ocean view.
Both Cliff and Trevor wore custom-tailored suits and ties to match, created by Walker Slater Edinburgh in Scotland. The grooms and their wedding party accessorized with pocket squares and cufflinks from Charvet Place Vendôme in Paris.
Guests made their way down the manicured lawn where a floor-level floral installation of blue, ivory, and orange awaited. The grooms exchanged heartfelt vows before everyone was treated to a vibrant surprise.
As fireworks and rainbow smoke shot into the sky, the ceremony ended with an upbeat tune, “Un Monde Qui S’Illumine” from Disneyland Paris.
This custom airline departure-themed escort display has to be one of the most original takes we've seen on the travel-themed wedding! Guests would find their name next to a destination (table) and remove it to reveal a new message–now boarding...
The couple and their guests enjoyed a luxurious seven-course meal, beginning with a fresh salad and featuring a midcourse between each dish, from Cara, The Chanler's renowned Forbes Five-Star restaurant. This year, The Chanler proudly earned its second Michelin star. Cliff and Trevor’s signature cocktails showcased their favorite beverages, inspired by the wedding's location. Trevor’s cocktail, aptly named “It’s Miller Time,” offered bourbon featuring notes of apple and maple. Meanwhile, Cliff’s mocktail, “the CliffWalk,” presented a delightful combination of almond, peach, and apple flavors.
The exquisite cakes, crafted by the talented duo Mark and Marie Soliday at Confectionery Designs, elegantly showcased the pride colors. Every cake boasted a decadently rich flavor, adorned with fruits and complementary floral decorations.
