We were super excited when Larissa Cleveland Photography shared this perfect summer wedding with us. Check out that view. If you are wondering how you can have your wedding here, so sorry to break the news that this actually Orlee, the brides's family estate. Breath taking isn't it? What a magnificent place to have a wedding.
The spectacular location, the perfect weather made this day exceptionally amazing. So many steal worthy ideas you are going to love.
Dave loved the Art Nouveau style and with the help of Hello! Lucky graphic designers, the stunning invitations, programs and place cards were designed.
All the letters that hung on the tree are actually letters. Orlee and David hung copies of all their letters that they wrote to each other during the 6 months after they met that January day in Marin. How incredibly cute is that?
The wedding actually took place on on Father's Day, and they wanted to make sure that all the fathers in the house got a gift that made them look hip in front of their kids. Love that idea!
There were 258 guests who witnessed a wonderful Jewish wedding ceremony under a Chuppah (Jewish wedding canopy hand made by the Groom's mother, Mara). The guests then celebrated in the magnificent gardens surrounding the house (lovingly tended by the Bride's mother, Varda), with food stations (arranged elegantly by Dan McCall Catering) and including sushi, Mediterranean and other fare.
They were serenaded by an actual fiddler on the roof (acclaimed jazz musician Carlos Reyes performed from the roof of the house high above the gathering).
The festivities continued into the evening in a magnificent tent (built by Classic Party rentals) that was beautifully lit. The color scheme chosen by the bride were the indigenous earth tones of the wedding site - oranges, golds and shades of green.
They wanted the dinner tent to feel like the outdoor hillside that they were both so passionate about. Hence the mix of dried grass & bright whimsical floral arrangements on each oval table and the added accent of the pashmina shawls placed on the back of the chiavari chairs. Every last detail was thought of by Lisa Feldman, an over the top amazing event coordinator.
