WHY A WEDDING IN A HOTEL?

Bride and groom look lovingly at each other outdoors

Have you ever thought of a luxury hotel in the center of Rome to celebrate your wedding? Throughout our country, there are many locations including castles, relais, and villas to choose from to celebrate your wedding, but the modern hotels should not be overlooked. After our first meeting with Brooke and Cody, it was clear that they were young people, in love, fascinated by the wonderful Eternal City, looking for an unconventional place able to combine aesthetics, comfort, and extra services, for a fascinating and out of the ordinary wedding. NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento is the hotel in Rome that was the setting for our story–essential, minimalist with a strong emotional character, just like that of our wonderful married couple.

CREATING A ONE-OF-A-KIND EXPERIENCE

Organizing Booke and Cody's wedding in this luxurious hotel in Rome required us to study the settings and the architectural design of the structure. Stylistic elements, spaces, and colors were combined in a single color palette that had red in the center, as the bride's only favorite color. Available in all its shades, it has been combined with neutral shades of gray, beige, and white, to express the strong personality of the wedding, while maintaining a romantic and sophisticated character. We had the challenge of designing a space for the wedding suite to achieve the modernity and minimalism that we intended to represent. Taking into account the chosen chromatic nuances, we contrasted the various elements. The line art images allowed us to soften the features and round the lines–daring and unusual shapes in the context of marriage. Martina Ecker of Floral Studio M supported us in the study of the floral mise en place–a triumph of nature and minimalist elegance. Martina studied the botanical elements suitable for color shades and stylistic composition, creating a wonderful suspended cloud of flowers that left everyone breathless. For dessert, Mary's Pasticceria, created an entirely white wedding cake, enhanced and completed by the same varieties of flowers that accompanied the mood. Thanks to the JS Production video we were able to immortalize the beauty of this couple and the story of their love. Rome is the perfect setting for a timeless love.

A DAY OF LEISURE AND LOVE

Brooke began preparation in a luxurious hotel suite, in the company of makeup artist Silvia Frioni. Silvia's experience allowed Brooke to show off a bright makeup look that would enhance her complexion and her unique features–sea-blue eyes and plump red lips! Brooke wore a minimalist Antonella Rossi Atelier dress with clean and refined lines, capable of exploding Brooke's sensual femininity, leaving her elegance intact. Matisse Hairdressers' hairstyle enhanced Brooke's perfect oval face with a soft wavy ponytail. Cody, in white, showed off all his class with a tailored black and white suit with a black silk lapel by Urbano Della Scala. Brooke and Cody chose to seal their union in the historic garden of the structure. The large Roman walls testified to the solidity of their love in an explosion of emotion and joy that left everyone breathless. Before the reception, Brooke and Cody took some time to sip a drink at the hotel's cocktail bar, where Cristina Bianchini's wonderful shots portrayed them in unique moments of intimacy and fun.

1. Organizing a wedding in a hotel makes the logistics much smoother than the usual schedules. These facilities are equipped with all the equipment to produce a well-organized event. They have a professional hierarchy with defined roles and offer quick solutions in case a Plan B is needed, without burdening the pre-established budget. Many of them can perform the celebration of civil rites on the property, as they did in Brooke and Cody's wedding.
