Tayla, the bride, had always dreamed of having a wedding at the lovely Rancho Las Lomas in sunny California, so when it came time to plan her big day there was only one choice, and it couldn't have been any more perfect!
The venues lush grounds complemented the natural chic design with fresh pops of color, dreamy florals, and DIY acrylic signage. Not a bad way to kick off their forever ;-) Congratulations you two! See their wedding below and in the full gallery beautifully captured Joe+Kathrina.
Tayla had been dreaming about getting married at Rancho Las Lomas long before Chris had even asked her to marry him. When the time came to plan for their day not one detail was missed. Working with her florist, who also happens to be her best friend and maid of honor. they dreamed of the ceremony aisles dripping in greenery and the altar space having not one but two floral arches. The venue really lent for lush green surroundings, so they kept their color palette simple and modern with grays and all shades of pinks including blush and deep burgundy.
And let's not forget about how Tayla looked like a dream in her Sarah Seven dress and Untamed Petals headpiece and veil. These two kept things traditional opting not to see each other before the ceremony and at the perfect moment as Tayla appeared the corner to cross the bridge, a little breeze picked up her dress as the sun shone down on her, bringing Chris (and a whole lot of guests for that matter) to tears. The night was filled cheers, cigars, donuts and ended with eco friendly confetti.
With the help of another bridesmaid and her family's business, they covered every acrylic glass they got their hands on with calligraphy stickers. Using this for their welcome sign and personalized escort cards placed on each table setting for every guest. Can we also talk about all those candles lined up on the bridge?! Tayla and her mom measured the length of that bridge and made sure every inch had a candle in place - which turned into every guests' photo opp! (Props to Loren, of Tulle+Lace Events, and her team for making sure each one was lit throughout the night!)
