This Malibu Bride Wins For Best Wedding Gift

Bride and groom embrace on their outdoor wedding day

For their Malibu wedding, this couple decided to keep all of the details as timeless as this stunning location. The bride wore a beautiful long sleeve gown with lace details and a draped skirt with a sexy slit that showed off her studded nude Valentino pumps. The bridesmaids wore pale blue mix-and-match chiffon gowns that matched the beautiful Malibu sky and the groom and his men wore classic black tuxes. In a touching first look, the couple exchanged vows privately before they greeted their guests at the ceremony and the bride surprised the groom with a signed football from the first Superbowl they watched together!

Saddlerock Ranch was the perfect ocean-front location for their upscale laid-back affair. Salt & Sparrow worked with the couple the month of the wedding to make sure all of the details were finalized and that everything came together to make their dream wedding a reality. The flowers were kept minimalist with bouquets by Vibe Florals consisting of classic white roses. Photographer, Kinsey Wilder captured every detail and happy tear on this beautiful day. Keep reading to hear more from the bride, Hallie, herself about how their wedding came together, and make sure to check out the full gallery for even more photos from this gorgeous wedding.

SO LONG TO LONG-DISTANCE

Groomsmen walk down rose petal aisle at outdoor wedding

Hallie and Jason met in Israel in 2015. They had to tackle a long-distance relationship for about 2 years in college before Jason finally joined Hallie in Los Angeles. They spoke early in their relationship about feeling like they were home when they were with each other. Jason proposed in 2020, and the COVID wedding journey began. Hallie's jaw dropped as she walked out of the bridal suite and saw so many months of planning come to life. Saddlerock Ranch is a venue like no other with views of the Santa Monica Mountains, the vineyards, and the pacific ocean. This makes for a breathtaking wedding.

A PRICELESS FIRST LOOK

Outdoor event with string lights and mountain view

Hallie and Jason's wedding day started early in the morning for the ladies. Veronica Lane brought her excellent team of hair and makeup artists to get all of the girls ready for the big day. There were nerves, excitement, and joy in the air as the girls drank mimosas and sang along to their favorite songs. Hallie changed into her dress and did a "first look" with her bridesmaids and family. Their reaction was priceless and there wasn't a dry eye in the room. When the boys arrived, Hallie met Jason for their own private first look. There aren't proper words to describe the feeling of seeing your partner on your wedding day before your walk down the aisle. They exchanged cards and gifts. Jason couldn't believe his eyes when he opened his gift to see his favorite football player, Peyton Manning's autographed football from the 2016 Superbowl. This was the first Superbowl that Hallie and Jason shared together, from different states.

A FAIRYTALE CEREMONY

Before walking down the aisle, the bridal party returned to the bridal suite to pop one more bottle of champagne. Hallie was escorted down the aisle by her mom. When she locked eyes with Jason, tears filled. It was a fairytale moment. Following the ceremony, the couple carved out 15 minutes to spend alone, with their favorite drinks and food, to soak up what just happened together. The rest of the night was full of tear-filled speeches, delicious food, epic dance parties, and pure happiness.

ADVICE FROM THE happy couple

The Rossin Welsh wedding kiss under neon sign and cake

1. Let go of all of the details on the day of the wedding and just enjoy it. Trust that the vendors you hired will bring your day to life.

2. Make sure to carve out at least 10-15 minutes to spend alone with your partner.

3. Take time to look around and soak in all of the people that you love most in one place to celebrate you and your love. There's nothing like it.
