From Marry Me Spain: Sam and Angus‘s wedding was memorable with their unique english styled wedding and the most romantic bouquet I have ever seen. This sweet couple from England chose to have their wedding in Costa Brava, Spain. The authentic masia had a large backyard that was perfect for the large rustic farm tables that sat underneath the strung fairy lights. Guests could then look out and enjoy the beautiful view of the 100 year old trees on the property.
They wanted english styled decor, which meant a profusion of greenery throughout. Large floral arrangements framed the beautiful stone arch which was also decorated with a green garland. And we cannot forget the sun hats and parasols for wedding favors.
During the appetizers, guests could listen to a duet of flamenco guitarists while hanging out in the lounge area with parasols, poufs and cushions. Pictures of Sam and Angus ‘s love story were attached around a big tree with hanging lights for all to enjoy.
The dinner by the pool, with two long tables wanted to be convivial and welcoming. We placed some candles and fairy lights which gave a truly magical atmosphere, especially when the night came. The long wooden tables were we set with a beautiful garland of olive leaves and a touch of cream and pink roses. The green glasses, natural cane chargers, and newlyweds’s chairs were also decorated with greenery. Branches of eucalyptus placed on each plate added the final touch to this romantic, english styled wedding.
