Following their engagement, Jeffrey and Kimberly began planning a two-day wedding celebration. During that time, they fell under a lot of pressure to make their wedding day perfect and enjoyable for their guests. Months later, their plans changed and they decided to elope.
Refocusing their plans on a wedding that was much smaller and more personal, that is just what they did. You can read more from Kimberly below and be sure to see all the beautiful images in the full gallery here. Their entire day perfectly captured by Ryan Ray.
From The Bride:If I could relive a moment with Jeffrey, it would be our First Look. I remember walking up to him. He had his back turned toward me and I couldn't stop giggling! He turned around and I was met with a very handsome face. He was excited, happy, and surprised! He spoke the sweetest words and we held each other for a very long time. "
Our favorite city in Texas is Austin hands-down. We had many of our adventures and dates around the hill country and fell in love there. With a bit of research, we found this hidden gem in Austin called Travaasa . Living Social was running a deal on the resort, so Jeffrey and I decided to elope there.
We had never visited the site before and upon arrival were in awe of the gorgeous landscaping that filled the resort. Both captivated by the lovely hill country and tranquil environment, Jeffrey and I knew this was the perfect setting for us. Our photographer, Ryan Ray, made our entire experience so worth it. Not only did he provide us with amazing photos, he was a great friend. He often comforted and encouraged us. On the elopement day, Jeffrey and I felt blessed to have Ryan and his wife, Cary, capture our marriage.
