From Amilia Photography: This wedding is a testament to the fact that simple, DIY weddings can still be stunning and so special. Each detail included was meaningful to the couple, which made the day all the sweeter. Madilyn (the bride) hand-sewed each one of her bridesmaids' dresses. Each dress was unique but absolutely gorgeous and perfect. Madilyn and her bridesmaids made all the bouquets and boutonnieres and did an absolutely incredible job.
From the bride: Make and do what your heart is into, delegate to vendors and friends what you are not as passionate about! Plenty of people gave me their worried thoughts when I told them I was making my own bridesmaid dresses, but I am so glad I did! I had a ton of fun and it made it really special to have sewn each one by hand
From Amilia Photography: One of the most fun DIY elements of the wedding was that two close friends of the couple brewed the beer for the wedding! There were two different custom brews, White Veil Ale and Happy Day IPA. Another friend graphic designed the labels for the beer bottles. Their gift to the guests was a sweet packet of wildflower seeds.
