Chic California Wine Country Wedding at Barndiva with Hayley Paige

Happy wedding couple holds hands in garden setting

Kristen + Simon's California wine country wedding has stolen our hearts with its flawless, chic style. The Barndiva made the perfect backdrop with its lush green canopies and rustic details which paired perfectly with the soft peach and blue color palette.
We haven't even mentioned Kristen's AMAZING Hayley Paige wedding dress yet! Trust us, you'll want to see all the images from Carlie Statsky photography, so head on over to the full gallery for more of this stunning wine country wedding.

The perfect location

From the bride: Over the course of ten years, Simon and I carried our relationship across London, New York, and finally San Francisco. When it came time to plan the wedding, we knew it would be a long trip for most of our friends and family. So we chose a destination that would allow us to welcome them to our new home state, and make the long trip worthwhile.

Wine Country hospitality

Our guests were able to enjoy what California wine country does best: farm fresh food, world-class wine, and breathtaking landscapes. It felt like the perfect way to share the best of the West with our loved ones.

Time for planning and relaxing

Since we gave ourselves a year and a half to plan, I didn't feel rushed. The balance allowed me to be thoughtful about wedding projects and still enjoy my free time.  I focused on researching and booking my high priority items first, and signing these contracts early allowed me to work with my 1st choice people.  They were such pros that I could trust their vision and execution when it came to the big day.

Some food for thought

My only regret seems trivial... but I wish I'd ordered a bigger cake! Moustache Baked Goods created an amazing almond cake with blackberry layers and vanilla buttercream.  I was hoping there would be leftovers, but our guests ate up every slice!
