Studio Office Manager Intern
Let's cut to the chase. Who are we? We're JMM Photography, Cinci Makeup, Cincy Event Planning, Five Dot Design and Marti's Floral Designs. We're 5 wedding vendors on the fast track to taking over the world. When busy season hits, blinders are on and we're firing on all 6 cylinders… and we need someone to help keep our studio in order... a Studio Manager Intern. 915 Monmouth has taken on a life of it's own and we're looking for an outgoing, out-of-the-box thinker to help us run this dog and pony show. Is that you? Let's find out.
A few things we'll ask of you- Be available 10-15 hours a week to keep the studio running smoothly. The majority of the work can be done remotely, but there will be a few times when we might need you in the studio.
- Social media and traditional marketing know-how. We have some great ideas, but time isn't always on our side. We'd look to you to pick up where our ideas leave off.
- Occasionally assist us individually with details pertaining to our personal businesses.
- Occasionally write a blog post or a Facebook post or Tweet something or play on Pinterest or send out a Press Release or...
A few skill sets we'll be looking for- Out-going, personable and an individual. In no way are any of us cookie cutter, so we hope you like to stand out in the crowd a bit, too.
- Tech savvy. Wrangling five of us can be tricky, so we rely on a few different online programs to keep us all up to date. Which leads us to...
- Internet junkie. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, you name it and we love it. We want you to love it, too. And if you don't know it, we'll need you to learn it quick. (And if you know something we don't know, we insist you teach us).
- Interest in the event world. We're wedding vendors, so it would be a huge plus if you were into that sort of thing, too. Not necessarily weddings, but events, parties, social scenes… that sort of thing.
- Go-getter and self-starter. We love our studio, but our own businesses come first, so if you have an idea or you like to take ownership of projects, you're our kind of person.
