The right venue can set the tone for your event but it's the decor that really turns it into a wedding. Take this insanely beautiful wedding at Almond Springs in Paso Robles. The lovely ranch with its wood accents and wild natural feel make for a stunning backdrop, but the elegant elements like these incredible globe chandeliers, draped linens, and hints of pastels in the floral arrangments make this wedding read just as romantic as it does rustic. It's finding that perfect balance that's key! The couple's fashion choices also elevated the vibe of the wedding, opting for classic tuxes for the men and floor-length emerald green gowns for the groomsladies.
Amanda Holder Events totally got the vision for the day and ran with it! Wilder Floral Co. created all of these stunning floral arrangements. We especially love the deep greenery they used in the garland that graced the tablescape and the choice to use pops of pastels to soften the overall color palette. Cassia Karin Photography took these gorgeous golden-hour photos that absolutely glow. Robert and John were an absolute joy to work with! The couple said, “I do” at the beautiful Almond Springs Ranch in Paso Robles. Their design was super fun and unique, featuring rustic farmhouse tables with luscious floral runners, and sparkly disco chandeliers hanging above the tables! The groomsladies stunned in hunter-green dresses, while the gents all wore matching tuxedos. An absolutely gorgeous day, to say the least!
Robert & John’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular! After wedding plans changed due to the pandemic, we chose a new venue and made a whole weekend of it for their friends and family. It was our first gay wedding and our first wedding at Almond Springs in San Miguel, CA. Our challenge was to find a healthy balance between the rustic feel of the venue, and the obvious romance in the air. We enlisted the help of Bella Vista Designs to bring in some structures, draping, and lighting to soften the feel of the ranch and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!
Robert & John are animal lovers, and so are we. So, when they asked about incorporating their sweet dogs into the weekend’s events, we jumped at the chance! They hosted both the rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch at their lovely country home in Paso Robles, CA, so we got to hang with all their animals, in addition to their incredible friends and family.
