The spiral aisle from this tuscan inspired shoot is everything
We've seen petal-lined aisles and ceremonies in the round, but by far our favorite wedding trend of this year is the spiral aisle (😂 try to say that 5 times fast). Not only does it ensure that all of your guests have a front-row seat, it's also giving subtle yellow brick road vibes, which couldn't be more on-point for this year! So follow the spiral and keep scrolling to see more from this beautiful shoot captured by the talented Maria Davis Photo.

Romantic Italian Old World Inspired Wedding Ideas
the inspo: tuscan romance
Vanessa from Finer Events Co. wanted to create a truly unique experience, sparking the idea for a circular ceremony setup and a nighttime reception. Inspired by rich colors, romance, and the charm of Italy, Monserate Winery—a Tuscan-inspired venue—became the perfect backdrop for her vision. As a photographer, this shoot transports me to a historic European city at dusk, where cobblestone streets are bathed in the soft glow of street lamps. Each step reveals hidden gems—intimate bars, charming cocktails, and an atmosphere that celebrates love and the magic of the night.
the flowers
Vibrant red and fuschia flowers add a pop of color to this romantic wedding design while hints of peach and mauve tie in the neutral undertones from the venue. We love the way De Bloem Co played with texture and movement in these whimsical arrangements.
the fashion
For this shoot, the team used fashion to show off just how versatile this wedding design can be. With an off-the-shoulder lace mermaid gown for the bride and a soft mauve sport coat for the groom, they showcased the venue's romantic side. Then, with a quick fit change, they brought the entire feel to a more edgy and modern space. For the second look, the bride stunned in a corseted satin dress with a thigh-high split, and the groom rocked a burgundy tuxedo jacket with a black satin lapel.
the tablescape
Festive florals in an assortment of small vessels lined the center of the table while pastel tapered candles flickered in the breeze. We love how they used smoked glasses and black tableware to add a moody edge to the tablescape.
velvet lounge
Sumptuous velvet chairs and sofas created a welcoming open-air lounge for the guests and tied in the rich color palette. The key to creating a lounge that your guests will actually use is lighting and this team nailed it with a hanging crystal chandelier and decorative glass lamps.
