Pale blue and white may just be the most timeless wedding color combo out there. That's exactly what this couple landed on for their classic manor wedding in New York and their amazing team of vendors brought their vision to life beautifully–think Southern Charm meets New York chic. It's always important to have a great team behind you when you're planning a wedding from afar like these two did, but they had one vendor in particular that we absolutely have to talk about–a wedding content creator. We're seeing more and more couples hiring content creators to follow them around on their big day and take photos and videos behind the scenes that they can have instant access to for social media. Caroline and Brandon met through their jobs in accounting. While visiting London, England with Caroline's family, Brandon proposed. Although they call North Carolina home, they planned their wedding in NY where Caroline grew up. In fact, Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was a special venue for the bride, because it was the same venue that Caroline's Sweet 16 was hosted at. The Parish they were married in was also the same one she had grown up going to with her family. During their trips to New York, they scheduled their venue visits, hair and makeup trials, bridal showers, engagement photos, and more wedding planning events.
For their timeless wedding design, Caroline and Brandon decided to go with a black-and-white color palette for their wedding invitations. Crisp white cards with a velum sleeve and pearly white wax seal set the scene for the beautiful day to come.
On the morning of their wedding, Caroline chose to get ready alongside her girls in the house her parents had built and that she grew up in. Caroline knew that a "ballgown' wedding dress would be very "her", but she ended up falling in love with a more fitted dress designed by Mon Bijou Bridal that she purchased at Savvy Bride Boutique in NC (fun fact, the same bridal boutique that appeared in Season 6, the latest season, of Love Is Blind!) For her accessories, Caroline went with Loeffler Randall for both her shoes and her clutch, stating that she is very "matchy-matchy" and she loved being able to check two things off her list at once from the same designer.
Caroline and Brandon wanted a classic and elegant wedding, and that was true right down to the reception design. Westchester Floral was trusted with the flowers for the wedding. The bridesmaids' bouquets were white roses, and Caroline's bouquet was mostly roses with a few other white flowers mixed in.

One of the highlights of their cocktail hour was the "mozzarella man" who made fresh mozzarella and twisted it into knots for the guests. They also had a wine bar. Their wedding cake was a five-tier vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and Oreos. It was decorated with pearl dots and white flowers cascading down the side. While guests were dancing, they also served desserts like vanilla soft serve ice cream cones, bananas foster, and creme brulee.
