Sweet Dreams Of The South

From Kristen Booth Photography: Our vision behind this shoot was to bring an old-world fairytale to the South. We worked the different elements to come together and create a lovely Southern wedding, with a storybook twist. The McGee House gave us the Southern charm we were looking for.

Chic Southern Belle Style

We chose soft, classic hairstyles and makeup to give a sweet Southern belle appearance. The shoot was highly influenced by vintage, with the bride and bridesmaids all wearing original 1950's gowns.

Thrift Store & Antique Shop Details

We sought to marry the vintage and rustic element by bringing in many thrift store and antique finds, like the candle holders and plates. We completed the look with a palette of lots of soft pastels and touches of gold.
