From Southern Elegance Design: Addie and Jason never knew when they met online, that they had spent there entire lives growing up only 60 miles from one another! The Bride's family has spent many years involved in the cotton industry and Addie wanted her decor to reflect that heritage . The lavender her favorite flower, accented the vintage props and scenery!
The flower girls get all the cutest things, and these three little girls are no exception. From their fantastic babys breath halos to their matching pink dresses they are adorable from head to toe. But what about those lace and burlap baskets? What would you say if we told you that you could make them yourself? Exciting right?! You can learn how to make this flower girl basket and find even more fun DIY element by taking a gander at this Rustic Handmade Wedding.
I wish we would have spent the extra money on a videographer for the ceremony. That was my favorite part of the entire day and I wish we had captured it in film as well as photos. Looking back, I wish Jason and I had eaten dinner with our bridal party, we both felt like we missed out on that part of the reception. On a positive note, everyone LOVED our coffee & espresso bar. That was a huge hit! I wish had enough time to eat my own desserts!
Now is this not the most amazing wedding cake?! We love the detail and that fabulous lavender color and you can find even more decadent desserts by flipping through these 100 Wedding Cakes That Wow! Not to out shine Addie and Jason's Tres Leches cake but there are tons of ideas to drool over.
