Back home in Germany, everything was ready for their big reception of wedding 2020 till the moment when last minute new Covid-19 restrictions forced Ana and Marc to cancel their party.

Sad and disappointed, they followed their friend’s recommendation and headed to Chania, Crete for their honeymoon. After all, they thought they would combine their holidays with at least, a romantic photo session, may the occasion arise.

A thoughtful service of their hotel in Crete arranged our meeting and so directly discussed all details for the organization of this romantic autumn elopement were polished up.

The couple set their hearts on the unique wedding location, being a Greek historical stone chapel hidden among hills of olive groves in Chania area.

The joy, hope and excitement accompanied those wedding plans made in 48 hours. To customize at most with a short period of time, we followed the color palette that Ana and Marc initially chose for their German wedding celebration with a Cretan twist of adding to the bouquet and floral ceremony centerpiece a cut pomegranate fruit – a symbol of life, beauty and fertility.
