With the unexpected pandemic, having a a private elopement can still encompass so many beautiful details. Micro wedding, minimony, tiny wedding or whatever you like to call it, these weddings and elopements are making couples overwhelmingly happy with their decision IF they did have to change their original plans. Even with the unexpected pandemic, nothing could stop Amanda & Bryan from eloping and trying the knot! The couple knew they wanted to have a private and intimate ceremony followed by a romantic picnic. The location was perfect and they were surrounded by the love of nature in the woods.
Christine of Lavish & Co. was definitely the designer and stylist. She created the look and feel and aspects of it. It all started with Arina B Photography, and then invited each of the rest of us to be part of it.
When all of the ramifications on weddings and couples in 2020 started to become clear, Arina B Photography reached out to ask a group of us if we were interested in giving away a beautifully styled and executed elopement to a couple, and we all said yes!
Couples entered on Instagram, commenting about their relationships and how their 2020 wedding plans had had to change, and one winner was randomly selected (the comments/entries were all too good to choose any other way!).
It started with conversations amongst us all in mid-May, happened on Instagram in June, but with the delays in opening in CA, we didn’t feel comfortable doing it until early August.
