Retro Garden Party Wedding: A Fabulous 1950s Celebration in Seattle

Beautiful 50's Bride
From Manette Gracie Events: Krisha and Stefan have crazy good style, and it showed in their 1950's inspired garden party wedding in Seattle. Krisha wore a tea length dress and had vintage-inspired hair and makeup (gorgeous waves and bright red lips).
Traditions
They also included custom nods to family vintage. For example, the ceremony decor included paintings by the bride's family, a Ukranian Vodka ceremony, to honor family, and both families love of music with a special appearance by a local a capella group, and numerous musical performances and toasts followed by dancing until the lights came up at 2am.
Can You Feel The 50's Tonight?
From the bridesmaids gowns and bouquets, to the groomsmen bow ties, to the catering (waldorf salad, meatloaf etc.), dessert of pineapple upside down cakes and miniature apple pies, nearly everything had a gentle 1950's feel.
Their light hearted and unique color palette (pale blues, creams, yellows), also brought in the 1950's feel. Centerpieces were lit camping lanterns, and the vintage farm tables were set with vintage china, and the couple's mismatched vintage salt n pepper shaker collection.
Need Help, Ask For It
From the Bride: I wish I would have asked for more help. My vision wasn't exactly perfect and that's because there were not enough hands on deck. Some of my bridesmaids were standing around and I was so frazzled, I didn't even think to ask them for help.
