Magic was in the air for Amanda + Stevens uber adorable Disneyland wedding in California. Their love for all things Disney inspired them to have their wedding at the most magical place on earth, and it couldn't have turned out more beautiful.
Disney fans we hope you'll appreciate this purple and green Disney wedding as much as we did, and we have even more photos to share with you in the full gallery here, beautifully captured by Jaime Davis photography. Plus, be sure to check out the brides budget breakdown below for an idea of what a Disney wedding may cost you.
From the bride: Hire a photographer with a style that matches you! Our photographer understood our humor, personalities, and was very experienced. When our coordinator wasn't around, she was our backup. The photographer kept us on schedule, especially getting ready, and was the best investment we made for our entire wedding.
Opt IN for a first look! Best strategy you can take when it comes to having putting a timeline of the day together. We wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding and guests as much if we hadn't done a first look. Steven and I were able to share a very special moment alone, and had that captured in our photos. Our nerves became calm and it allowed our minds to refresh from all the morning rush of getting ready. It also allowed us to mingle with our family and guests more during cocktail hour and let things flow more naturally after the ceremony.
From Jaime Davis: Amanda and Steven got married at the Terrace at the Grand Californian and it was BEAUTIFUL! The reception followed right outside under the monorail in the Brisa Courtyard, and having the monorail come over while they danced truly was a fairytale!
Amanda and Steven are big Disney lovers and incorporated that all throughout their big day. From giving out the 60th anniversary balloon popcorn buckets to having a pin exchange right before lunch... I knew it was a match made in heaven for me to capture their Disneyland wedding photos.
