Vow Renewal in Positano Where the Dress is as Pretty as the View
Madison and Chris took a leap of faith. Just two months before their vacation in Italy, they decided to add a bit of romance with a symbolic ceremony on the beach, just the two of them. Since there wasn't enough time for a civil wedding abroad, they legally tied the knot on their way to the airport, which resulted in them almost missing the flight to Italy!
The day started at the hotel Buca di Bacco, one of the chicest places in Positano, on the Amalfi Coast, from where you can enjoy the incredible view of the hill of pastel-colored houses that descend towards the sea. Joanna Falanga's team created an elegant semi-loose hairstyle for the bride that was perfect for her off-shoulder dress.
After getting ready, the couple met on the seafront and, surrounded by a joyful and curious crowd. Their first look was accompanied by the enthusiastic applause of the tourists. Together reached the hidden cove of Hotel Pupetto while the Fine Art film photographer Sergio Sorrentino took amazing portraits along the picturesque path that connects the main beach of Positano, known as "Spiaggia Grande", to the locality of Fornillo.
Ravello Wedding Flowers created a jaw-dropping arrangement of roses, lisianthus, dahlias, and delphinium on the stone shoreline. The sunset light made the scene unreal and made the ancient watchtower of Fornillo shine like gold. The soothing sound of the waves was interrupted only by the sweet melody of guitar and violin. Madison and Chris exchanged their promise of love, guided by the celebrant, Marilena, from That's Amore.
After a sparkling toast, the happy couple sailed on the traditional gozzo boat of Boat Experience Positano towards the horizon, the bride’s glossy blonde hair and her ravishing wedding dress fluttering in the air as they enjoyed the view of the Italian seaside village and the sunset aperitivo.
As the first stars began to dot the night sky, Madison and Chris took their places at the candle-lit dinner table and enjoyed the fresh-caught delights from Hotel Pupetto.
