Noah and Emily's inspiration for their wedding was very romantic, southern, and a bit whimsical. A simple and fresh color palette of pink and white allowed the natural beauty of their gorgeous venue, The Millstone, to shine through.
Numerous vintage rentals breathe life into the day and create some stunning eye candy. One of our favorites is the welcome table with a cute little globe, keep an eye out for it! See everything in the full gallery, photographed by Michelle Lea Photographie.
The Millstone is a unique wooded venue. The venue once was a Mill and then later was a post office until 1993. The venue was completely renovated a few years ago. To incorporate things from the mill the owners re-purposed a lot of the machinery to make sinks for the rest rooms, and the overall decor of the site.
I'm just a simple girl that likes to take pictures. I guess I feel this way because my photography isn't really about me at all...it's about you. For me photography is about seeing love unfold. It's the first kiss after I do, the tear shed when a father sees his daughter for the first time on her wedding day, a mother hugging her babies tight. It's the smiles and laughter of children playing. That is how photography makes me feel... It makes me feel love.
Prepare to be floored by their gorgeous cake and dessert table! Not only is their ribbon backdrop completely adorable but all of the cakes have our stomachs grumbling. From classic cakes, to naked and bundt, to cupcakes and macarons they have it all covered! Not to mention those fruity pebble-looking desserts, maybe we should get that recipe.
