Oh my gawd! We would give anything to lounge in this fabulous claw foot tub! Who's with us? Would you believe that this gorgeous wedding venue is tucked away in the mountains of Idaho!
Sarah and Laura's big day in Garden Valley will truly elevate your idea of what it means to go camping in the woods. You can see more of this pink and purple glamping wedding, captured by Dylan and Sara Photography, by visiting the full gallery here.
From Soiree Weddings & Events: Sarah and Laura chose a beautiful property in Garden Valley, a town just about an hour away from Boise. The venue was able to house all 50 guests on site and offered a lovely weekend for out of town and Idaho guests combined.
Flowers at Will elevated our feminine theme and kept things from getting too kitschy by designing gorgeous floral bouquets and tree centerpieces in saturated shades of pink and purple. Each floral piece was either more pink or more purple- representing each girl and her personality.
In keeping with the travel elements, hand- made chalk globes were the escort displays and featured all of the countries represented at the wedding, and each table name featured another country as well. The globes, paper products, and invitations were all hand-illustrated by local Boise artist, Julia Green, who was also a bridesmaid in the wedding.
Everything from the favors to the food to the welcome gifts was locally made or sourced, including hand-poured soy candles in the girls’ wedding theme by Soyology out of Boise, laser cut wood favor tags by Bricolage and of course, an Idaho Spud bar for each guest.
We worked hard to infuse the entire event with nuances and details that shaped the girls’ relationship and the people in their lives. The final result was a beautiful, meaningful day within the gorgeous mountains of Idaho.
