Thanking your groomsman for helping you out at your wedding is of the utmost importance. Whether it be a simple gesture or as unique as the personalized flasks you see above. A great way to say thank you.
From the Bride:Our wedding day was more than we could have ever dreamed. After 14 months of planning and coordinating the whole weekend unfolded perfectly. We hosted a large rehearsal/meet and greet the night before the wedding which was a great way to chat with our guests and welcome them to our out-of-town wedding destination.
The day of the wedding we both spent time with our bridesmaids and groomsmen getting ready in anticipation of the big event. Our goal was to create a beautiful, fun wedding that would leave our guests with special memories of the day.
Hiring a band and a videographer were our "splurges" and definitely well worth it. The dance floor was packed and having our video to watch is something I'll treasure forever. On the Venue: Spanish Oaks event center is conveniently located in the heart of California's Central Coast, halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles. With both indoor and outdoor areas and ample parking, they can easily accommodate over 100 guests. From an outdoor patio overlooking the rolling hills and heart shaped pond to an indoor reception area, Spanish Oaks Ranch is the perfect place for your scenic wedding.
All in all our day was more way more than we were expecting. But of course there's a couple small things I wish I would have planned for ahead of time. Like having a reception "kit" at my seat during the reception. I would have included a pair of flip flops or flats and the lipstick that completed my look. As comfortable as my wedding shoes were when I was breaking them in weeks leading up to the day, they were not too comfortable the day of!
Also, I'm not wearing anything on my lips in my photos after dinner, a little touch up would have been nice. Because it wasn't in front of me, I never once thought to reapply with all the fun and activity happening around me.

While I would prefer not to share the detailed budget of our day, I am happy to share the the budget allocation in percentages. Also my family, my husband's family, and us as a couple took an untraditional approach and we each paid 1/3 of the wedding costs. This was unbelievably helpful and appreciated!
