David and Melanie's pastel wedding was dreamy and beautiful all the way around. Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery never fails to make gorgeous romance bloom. Pinks and creams dominated the color palette of this elegant and classy California wedding. Playful elements popped up throughout the day, including a dress reveal via gigantic balloons that was too darling!

David and Melanie were wed this May at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery in Pleasanton, CA. They wanted to incorporate some tradition into their wedding day and held a Chinese tea ceremony before to honor their family. Melanie wore a traditional Chinese gown and had a sweet first look with David. Then right before the marriage ceremony, Melanie unveiled to David her beautiful wedding gown in a fun way, a ginormous balloon!
The best wedding day advice I received was to take a moment at the reception, to stand back and to take a look around the room at all of our family and friends who had come from near and far to celebrate the day with us. It was such an amazing feeling to know that I had married the love of my life, and that all the people I loved most were there to support us and share the joyous occasion. The second best piece of advice? Hire a coordinator (at least for the day of). Our coordinator was amazing and helped keep everything on schedule and took care of all the little details we didn't have time to think about on the big day!
