Our wedding was located at my grandparents house in Meridian, Idaho, where I have endless amounts of childhood memories. We were so excited when they agreed to let us have our wedding there. Planning a wedding in 3 months, this was a huge relief! The style of my wedding was vintage / modern, but i didn't want anything to be super predictable, so i tried to be creative and mix my ideas and styles.

There is one thing that Zac & I have in common, and that is  bikes! We love biking, and love bikes. So the whole idea of the wedding was that "we are going tandem," which is a direct reference to our love for bikes, and how Zac proposed to me. So bikes owned by us and our families lined the garden pathway as guests entered the wedding ceremony

Tips From The Bride:Longer engagement, for more time to plan the wedding. Even though we really had our hearts set on the 3 month engagement, it would have been worth it to wait longer so the planning process was smoother.

I  would definitely make sure you have dependable people to help with decorating on the day of. I had some people fall through the day before, and it was pretty stressful to have family & wedding party out there decorating. And one more thing, it would have been totally worth it to hire a videographer! I am so sad i can't go back and watch my wedding... It is truly something i think all brides should consider for their wedding day!

Amanda and Zach had the intent to re-purpose all of their wedding decor, and so took thoughtful care on all of their purchases.  A great example would be the backdrop that they used for their smile booth. A chevron shower curtain from Urban Outfitters, that they later used in their new home after the wedding.

From the Bride on her wedding decor:I used mint and coral for the wedding colors, I realized having a fall wedding i should incorporate some warm / rustic accents to create a less summery feel, and a more fall feel. So, I used a modern grey and white chevron pattern throughout with accents of burlap and warm grey. I also love exposed wood, and made sure to use that as an interesting element in the whole juxtaposition of wedding decor. There were also small pops of mustard yellow and accents of lace & pom-pom detailing throughout.

Since we were on my grandparents property, we had TONS of pumpkins & squash to choose from as another fall inspired decoration - of course i carefully chose the coral / orange / cream pumpkins to match the wedding colors. We also hand-painted a few clusters of white pumpkins with a mint chevron.

The food was catered by the B29 Streatery Food Truck in Nampa, serving delicious options for all of the guests to eat. The reception ended in dancing, with a groomsmen leading everyone in a full Bull costume, and at the end of the whole shindig, we left the wedding in my uncles bright red GTO convertible, as our guest lined the driveway with sparklers.
