Erica loves color, and knew from Day 1 she wanted a vibrant, colorful wedding with a deep palette full of blues, greens, and purples. All of her vendors were very excited to learn this as they were working with her.
The floral designer we selected, Waterlily Pond, did an amazing job bringing Erica's vision to life -- creating stunning, tall floral arrangements in the Olympic Club, and designing a floral arch for the ceremony that was truly breathtaking. The floral designs included gorgeous red peonies and peacock feathers.
One of the other unique touches during Erica & Mike's wedding was the devotion to desserts! A trained pastry chef, Erica shared with me on the first day that we met that she loved dessert, and it would be a big part of her wedding.
In addition to a wedding cake with a peacock motif, we created a dessert bar with cake pops and pie pops by Sweet Lauren Cakes, and mini desserts by Creative International Pastries. There was also a second dessert table, a candy bar, with some of Erica & Mike's favorite candies in colors that complemented the wedding palette.
