Nashville DIY Wedding: Chic, Artsy, and Budget-Friendly Celebration

Couple in wedding attire, happy bride and groom

Kayla was really looking for a fresh, chic & artsy wedding without breaking the bank. The inspiration first came from the craspedia flower and when she began collecting white milk glass vases and antique silver trays from various second hand shops around Nashville.
She used all Nashville & local vendors for her wedding, including B. Hughes for her dress. Bloom Nashville for all the flowers, arrangements & boutonnieres, Fruition Salon for hair & makeup (where she works) along with lots of other local vendors around town. Almost all the details from the day were hand made, from the cloth pom poms in the sanctuary, rolled napkins, petal curtain at the reception to the wedding invitations (screen printed by hand). The wedding was at she and Kyle's home church here in Nashville (Church of the Redeemer) and the reception was out back in a tent under the property. Captured with elegance and charm from Nashville Photographer, Austin Gros Photography.
