Napa Valley Winery Wedding In Blush, Burgundy, & Cream
On a beautiful California day, Martin and Rebecca finally got the wedding of their dreams, after having to put it on hold for over a year! They officially got married on their original date but decided to throw a wedding-size celebration for their one-year wedding anniversary. They went all out, they rented out a winery in Napa Valley, the bride wore a big white gown, and after a year of waiting, they toasted their marriage with their closest friends and family. The wine theme ran throughout the wedding with deep burgundy being the main color and wine-colored watercolor accents embellished the signage and even the cake!
The 530 Bride, their wedding planner, wanted to make sure that this was the wedding that they had been dreaming of for so long. They were able to secure their original venue, Wine & Roses, and with the help of Forager Floral Studio, they incorporated fresh flowers into every aspect of the wedding from the ceremony to the cake. Elevate Productions was there to film every minute of this joyous day that was a year in the making and Ashley Carlascio Photography took these heartfelt photos. A STORYBOOK PROPOSAL
Rebecca and Martin met back in 2013, but didn't start dating until fall of 2016 when they realized fate was leading them together! After two years of dating and living in Washington DC, the happy couple decided to move back to California where both of their families were from, and officially "start their lives together!" In June of 2019, Martin surprised Rebecca with the most amazing proposal while on a weekend getaway in Sonoma. The two of them, both avid wine lovers, visited Cline Winery and Martin found the perfect secluded gazebo on the property to drop to one knee and ask her to be his forever! Does it get any more storybook perfect than this?!
A LOT HAPPENED SINCE THEN
The first thing they did after getting engaged was secure September 5, 2020, as their wedding date. Then the world changed and made their dream wedding impossible, BUT that didn’t stop them! Rebecca and Martin decided to move forward with tying the knot on their original wedding date in her parents' backyard surrounded by just their closest family and friends! A year later, on September 4th, they FINALLY got to have their big dream wedding at their original wedding venue, Wine & Roses in Lodi, CA! After two years of planning, one new dog, and their first home, their one-year anniversary and vow renewal was an absolute dream come true!
A PICTURE-PERFECT DAY
Wine & Roses was the perfect space for their big day and they had so many incredible vendors working together to bring their vision to life. Their florist, Jess from Forager Floral Studio, designed the most amazing floral arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnières filled with pops of blushy pinks and burgundy! One of my absolute favorite details was all of the watercolor and brush stroke detailing that could be found from the welcome sign to the escort cards, welcome table signage, and even the table numbers. Rebecca was dressed in a gorgeous Essense of Australia lace A-Line lace gown from Blush Bridal Couture next to Martin in his classic black suit. Everything about their day was picture-perfect and it was such a joy to be able to capture their “I do’s” TWICE! Congratulations Rebecca and Martin. I wish you a lifetime of laughter, love, and happiness!
