This Was The First
THE GROOM SAW THE BRIDE

Molly shares: The ceremony was at our family church where Jason was able to greet all our guests while I sat tucked away with my bridesmaids so no one would see me. Walking down the aisle was by far the most nerve wracking moment of the whole day for me.

Jason and I decided to not see each other until then so I had the biggest butterflies fluttering around in my stomach until the moment came. Not only was he seeing me for the first time, but so were the 200 people we had invited to be there! That moment was everything. My mom walked me down the aisle to him and I couldn't help but get emotional looking at this big handsome guy I was about to commit my life too.

 TAKING PHOTOS

After the ceremony and making everything legal, we hopped on our party bus where our bridal party was waiting with drinks and loud music. This part between the ceremony and reception might be one of my favorites of the whole day!
We made our rounds to a few different iconic Seattle locations for photos before getting dropped off at our reception space for our grand entrance. What a way to walk into a party, it was a very humbling/happy feeling knowing we have so much support from those we love the most and boy were they being supportive!

Molly and Jason are two of our favorite people ever! We met Molly because she is a fantastic florist with Petal + Vine Floral Design. Through working together on weddings over the past couple of years we have become incredibly close and so it was such an honor to help plan her big day and, for one, be a guest at a wedding!

From the beautiful wedding ceremony to the fun cocktail hour, the heartfelt toasts, and the incredibly emotional brother/sister dance in lieu of a father/daughter dance, there were a ton of smiles and tears in equal measure!

The Party
Never Stopped

Once we got the party started it didn't quit. We had our photo booth room, dessert bar, lounging area and a bar that was supposed to be playing the UW vs. Cal game. However, this didn't end up happening because it was delayed due to a huge storm that blew through the area. We experienced what was the biggest lighting storm we have ever had in the PNW; over 2200 strikes of lighting that evening! So much rain you couldn't see through it, the power ended up going out in part of the venue but no one even batted an eye... They LOVED it! How cool is it to be able to say you got married during such a crazy awesome storm?!

I like to think it was my dad partying with us along with all our loved ones who have since passed. We ended the night like we started it, but our hearts were maxed out and overflowing with what an amazing day it turned out to be. As a little girl you always picture your wedding and plan out how everything was going to go but I can confidently tell that little girl that dream all you want, cause when the day finally comes it's going to be better than you could have ever imagined!

FIRST DANCE FOLLOWED BY
BROTHER & SISTER DANCE

From The Bride. Toasts by my mom, Jason's parents, my sisters and his best men all had us in tears, either from laughing or from sentimental moments. Our delicious meal (I still get compliments all the time on how good our food was!) was followed by our first dance.

That moment is hard to even put into words; I felt like it was just us alone in the room dancing away to I Get to Love you by Ruelle. Our dance was followed up with my "father/daughter" dance that I luckily got to do with my brother as my dad passed away 2 years prior and Jason and his Mom's "Mother Son" dance.
