A Calm & Beautiful Wedding Venue

From Ashley Seawell Photography: Rachel and Andrew’s wedding was relaxed and elegant in the surroundings of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. After a childhood with vacations in the Cayman Islands, Rachel knew that this tropical paradise would be the perfect place to marry her best friend!

Unveiling The Bride

From the Bride: I had a cathedral length French Alencon lace veil made to match my dress. It was absolutely beautiful BUT, I didn’t think about the wind coming off the beach.

It was a rather funny moment as my father was walking me down the isle. The wind took my veil right off my head as we were walking onto the great lawn. It was definitely a funny start to the ceremony!

Planning From Afar

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman provided stunning event spaces and a knowledgeable staff that could help Rachel plan the wedding from a distance.

Soft hues of blush and ivory complimented the island landscape. After a ceremony on the grand lawn, all guests dined at a long table lined with peonies, ranunculus and roses. Local musicians provided Caribbean music as guests danced into the night!
