Nestled in some 250 acres of southern Italian countryside, Masseria Potenti was the perfect destination to bring 60 of this couple's closest friends and family together for a warm and intimate celebration. This Puglian farmhouse created an oasis for Tommy and Tem's chic style blended with authentic farm-to-fork hospitality; the white-washed walls a romantic canvas for completely in-house bohemian design.

The bride wore a stunning floral texture Muse by Berta gown that was perfectly accompanied by her bridesmaids and groom in matching white attire. The gorgeous vintage estate was the perfect venue to spend three days in a completely family-run and in-house setting. Nearly all of their guests already known each other or met before, creating a very comfortable setting for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend together.
Tem's makeup and hair were styled by Ariana Rose. We love the bride's embroidered getting ready robe!
We are loving the trend of all white wedding attire! The groom's dapper suit is from Suit Supply - the style is reminiscent of the couple's UK heritage. Tommy and Tem began their love story between South West London and Suffolk where their family live. After a riverside walk the couple found a sense of instant familiarity and knew they had found something special!
While many brides might panic at the thought of rain on their wedding day, Tem was put at ease by coordinator Victoria Boukhanets of Impression Weddings who navigated the weather perfectly, pushing the start time back by 30-minutes for the afternoon to begin with clear skies. The gorgeous bohemian linen draped ceremony was created in-house; another incredible aspect of the Masseria Potenti experience. The family owned establishment, led by Maria Grazia, includes everything from the decor to florals which were expertly arranged by daughter Chiara.

"I'll never forget the moments in the lead up to the ceremony, nervously waiting at the end of the aisle. The clouds parted almost perfectly timed to the start of Emma Lauran’s romantic vocal acoustic rendition of the Ellie Goulding cover: “How Long Will I Love You” to reveal a rainbow and ray of light shining down at the end of the aisle. Even as I recount it now, it sounds too idealistic to be true, and the timing was so far-fetched it didn’t quite compute in the moment. I didn't realize it was possible to feel so many things all at one: anticipation, emotion and nervousness balanced with a paradoxical sense of certainty and calm, and seeing my bridesmaids emotional reaction meant we all had to look away from each other to hold it together." - Bride, Tem

After their beautiful ceremony accompaniment by Emma Lauran & Peter Khoo, their cocktail hour - or more appropriately "apertivo" - was filled with the smooth and sexy tones from swing band Mustacchi Bros. Farm-to-fork is at the center of Masseria Potenti's philosophy, providing all of the delicious wine grown directly from their vineyards and yummy Italian bites (including live cheese making) for a spectacular celebration.
"This Masseria infuses the kind of warmth, care and love that can only be experienced in a family-centric setting, culminating in a magical environment to celebrate our love - the ultimate food for the soul. It’s a feeling that hits you as soon as you walk through the gates, and we wanted this feeling of love and warmth to sit at the heart of the weekend."
Handcrafted personal tambourines took the place of table name-cards, to set the tone for the evening and provide an upbeat entrance for bride & groom - getting guests into the dancing and festivities before dinner began!
The venue's stunning light and open air landscape transformed under the night sky, full of romantic twinkle lights and neon signage. In-house designer Chiara had to completely redesign their decor upon a sudden heat wave, stripping down their floral design for more heat-resistant pampas and greenery.
This impressive Italian millefoglie wedding cake was lovingly handcrafted by the venue's matriarch Maria Grazia. After cake-cutting, the reception was delighted by fireworks before opening the dance floor to even more live music. DJ Dan Healy and "The Sax Man" Ben Barnett got the party truly started and going all night!
