Cristina and Moses carefully chose a destination wedding, in Huatulco, the southern part of Oaxaca, in Mexico. Huatulco is close to their hearts, and a place they could celebrate with tradition. The rich family history is displayed through a beautiful variety of Mexican folk art decor, dating from ancient to modern times. The Day of the Dead theme made this wedding unique, and it gave the perfect amount of culture and meaning in this Mexico destination wedding at Las Palmas Resort.
The bride and groom wed amongst their closest family and friends, in a dramatic rooftop ceremony. As the ceremony ended, and cocktail hour began, the reception kicked off with Mariachi, local Mezcal Margaritas and fresh seafood tacos. After the dancing and hugging, there was a cart full of Paletas...chile and mango popsicles to cool you down. Let's not forget the late-night Pastor station!
