A New York City rooftop was a chic venue for this modern floral wedding
Colorful florals and city views filled this New York City rooftop wedding! Yiquan & Keen brought their chic yet playful style to their scenic venue - from pastel bridesmaid dresses to the cutest flower shaped donuts. With event design by The Box House Events, their modern aesthetic shone through elevated decor with touch of glittering gold.

Bride, Yiquan, wore an ethereal, couture Essense of Australia gown that she loved because of the elegant and classic design. Covered in 3D floral embellishments and strands of elegant pearl beading, this luxurious design begins at the sparkling beaded spaghetti straps that meet a demure square neckline, ending with a fitted silhouette and sweeping train.
Incorporating a love of pastels
The bride loves pastel colors and wanted to incorporate them throughout her wedding. She worked with the Oh Fleur team collaborated and chose a variety of flowers that would perfectly match her bridesmaid dresses: baby blue delphinium, pink ranunculus love, soft orange dahlia, soft pink peony, pink tulip & soft yellow roses. All flowers were very unique and the varying colors complemented each other!
The bridesmaids wore gorgeous mismatched dresses from Reformation and Birdy Grey in a variety of pastel hues.
A venue with room for two ceremonies
The Box House Hotel has a beautiful rooftop with an upscale bar, green cottage balcony, and spacious area for hosting both ceremony and reception at the same space. It was very important to the couple to have a traditional tea ceremony and the venue was able to host it before the Western ceremony started, by splitting the space in half with wood room dividers. After the simple tea ceremony, the event team quickly organized the decor and set up things according to the new layout for the official ceremony with all guests!

Lush floral design from Oh Fleur infused color and warmth into the stunning hotel venue and the chic reception design by The Box House Events. Gold and white decor by Luxe Event Rentals created a clean and elevated backdrop for the pops of floral pastel!
The intimate vibe and cozy weather of New York in the early of autumn was enjoyed by guests and the couple alike, enjoying the city views until sunset and dancing.
Sweets & sparklers to end the night
Every little detail was tailored and customized to the couple's personalities, like the Hello Kitty topped wedding cake by Big Cake Mom and their pastel floral donut stand. To end their magical night, Yiquan & Keen enjoyed a sparkler grand exit!
