Stelluccia and Bambou were certainly not looking for an ordinary wedding. Heading for a statement design solution, and with the help of The Wedding Bliss Thailand, a leading wedding planner in Southeast Asia, they chose Yona Beach Club as their wedding venue. Located on the picturesque shores of Phuket (Thailand), Yona Beach is a truly one-of-a-kind floating beach club and decadent oasis in the heart of paradise. A luxurious yacht in the middle of the bay created a wonderful canvas to bring their vision to life.

It's probably no surprise that this epic wedding came with some equally epic fashions. The bride's beaded ballgown really set the tone for the ceremony. She wore her hair pulled back into an elegant updo complete with star pins that hinted at the reception theme. Clad in mix-and-match beaded champagne gowns, the bridesmaids brought some added sparkle to the table, because one can never have enough! The groom wore a light blue/gray linen suit with a deep teal tie that matched the color of the water perfectly. For the reception, the bride changed into a drapey chiffon gown with a fully beaded illusion bodice so she could bust out all the moves on the dancefloor.

A custom walkway over Yona's pool led the bride and the groom towards a colorful open-top wedding arch by IAMFLOWER. The ceremony finished with a bang when a salute of colorful smoke went up in the air from the ocean.

The reception decor was chosen as a tribute to the bride's Thai name, Dao, which means star. The wedding date also coordinated with the celestial theme. It was the day that the Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks was clearly visible in Thailand skies, making its way across for the first time in 71 years. The reception decor took inspiration from the blue shooting star and saw a series of glass containers filled with twinkling blue lights.
