Stationery for this inspiration was thoughtfully created by Elephant Limbo and was inspired by the French Art de Vivre. The designer made sure to stay true to the colors of the tables, incorporating elegant calligraphy and lilac font to complement the purples woven throughout. Using both a patterned and yellow background for the invitation suite shoot brought an element of whimsy to the otherwise classical design.
The bride wore a gown by Pronovias that included a long train and a bow, giving an air of elegance and an overall ethereal bridal look. Timeless elegance was delivered through the impeccable lace detailing, while the sleeves and neckline brought a touch of contemporary design.
The bride's bouquet complemented the purple and yellow details by incorporating a delicate yellow ribbon and peachy florals that popped against the white of the dress and the perfect purple of the groom's suit. La Maison d'Autel incorporated varied texture in the choice of florals which added an additional element of interest.
This luxurious and colorful wedding inspo shoot took place in the majestic Château de Champlâtreux, a beautiful piece of history in the French countryside just outside of Paris. With its imposing yet elegant walls, the castle creates an amazing backdrop for a wedding ceremony and portraits. For the ceremony, the arch and floral design were thoughtfully created by La Maison d'Autel and invoked that same springtime inspiration.
The wedding reception dinner - including an understated, floral-inspired cake courtesy of Cake House Design - took place in the castle's garden, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere for the intimate wedding. Continuing to draw inspiration from springtime in France, the table was dressed in a pink, lilac, and yellow color scheme. The muted tones complemented the backdrop of the lawn and the chateau with ease and elegance.
